We are looking for a Graphics Designer to shape how ANCHOR COFFEE ERP looks and reads — in the product interface, in the marketing site, and in the documents our customers send to buyers and regulators.
What you’d do
- Design and maintain the visual language of the product interface and the marketing site.
- Produce marketing material: page layouts, diagrams, presentation decks and social assets.
- Design document templates — invoices, contracts and reports — that stay legible and consistent.
- Turn complex operational ideas into clear diagrams and information graphics.
- Prepare and edit photography and imagery for web use.
- Work with the product and engineering team so what is designed can actually be built.
- Keep a consistent brand across everything that leaves the company.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, ideally including interface work.
- Confident with a modern design tool such as Figma.
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, colour and hierarchy.
- Able to prepare production-ready assets for web.
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly.
- Able to explain design decisions to people who are not designers.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for software products or dashboards.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to hand over cleanly.
- Motion or interaction design skills.
- Photography or image-editing ability.
